If the cost element from settlement is not excluded from Budget check, what is the happening with this settlement amount?
All settlement cost elements are or at least should be categorized under Category 21. Some of them are excluded from Budget check (OPTK) and some of them no. What is happening if a settlement is done on a cost elem which is excluded from budget check and what is happening with settlement when is done on a cost element not excluded from budget check?
Normaly if the settlement cost element is under category 21, the system know that this is settlement and is not consuming from Budget, right?
What is happening if the Settlement is done on a different cost element, ex. cost element category 1 (primary cost)?
