Unable to find users and groups while creating BIAR file

Hi Experts,

I'm using BO XIR2. I'm trying to create a .BIAR file, After choosing the required options when I click next, Under Select users and group its giving the below error.

There was an error while retrieving data from the server:NT Authentication failed to get the members of the group with ID "S-1-5-21-1801674531-527237240-682003330-1010\\MEMTEAM3". If the problem persists, please delete this group and re-map it into BusinessObjects Enterprise, then try again.

Can anyone help in how to resolve the issue.?? I have gone through many webpages but nothing was very helpful.
