Thank you for your information. I had configured earlier times for ABAP and JAVA monitoring and received alert notification from Solution man by Host agent and diag agent.
I heard that we may not be able to get an alert notification from solman, in case clients don't have Enterprise support contract .
Our requirements:
If NON_SAP System is down, solution manager should detect automatically and send an email notification to relevant team configured.
I was wondering about the customer who don't have Enterprise support contract with SAP may not be able to get an alert email notification from Solution manager forNon_SAP Systems.
please let us know if someone has Idea about Non_SAP system Monitoring and email notification restriction while customers don't have "Enterprise support contract" with customers..
