Service engineer available work time

Hi everyone ,

 

I have made a testing in "Show  Calendar" view under Work Center Field Service and Repair.

Here what we can do is to create work plan with different activities and review the plan here.

But is it possible in SAP to summary every engineer work plan so that when help desk get service request ,they can assign engineer based on their available time ?
