I have done due deligence on all 4 points you mentioned.
1. You may refer to this link on development versus production publish. This way if you know the difference you will know what the SMP 3.0 expects on startup.
- Cross checked and it is indeed the Development version of SMP 3.0 that I have installed
2. Your error is stating something is blank or missing. My first guess is that you may be in production but have data in development.
- Development as mentioned in 1)
3. Another thing you need to watch out for is the SMP 3.0 configuration folder. Make sure that the directory path looks correct. Nothing missing including the files inside the folders are not missing.
- I had developed another Agentry App with an SQL backend and it had worked. And I haven't changed anything in the configuration folder
4. Did you do an upgrade? Sometimes when you define your agentry.ini to point to your Java path.
- No upgrade was done. The Agentry-v5.jar was picked from the SMP3 SDK installation.
