Thanks for the info. I see that the cycle mod. factor changes the PM cycle time but I need to change the start and finish dates only. I believe the "duration" allowed are standard or default for a specific PM frequency or so it seems. A monthly pM allows for two weeks to complete, quarterly is two weeks, annual is four weeks, etc. I need one quarterly PM to remain open for the entire quarter.
