Now, I get it. So if I am not wrong, if the status of work item is changed from READY to RESERVED, that is not the change that Delta filter considers. I was just afraid if this change also is handled by Delta filter , then it would have resulted into duplicacy of emails in user's inbox.
One more thing I wanted to be sure of is that like RSWUWFML2 I used to schedule every 2 minutes. So as soon as the new work item is generated in SAP, the user will be informed about it in maximum of 2 minutes.
So, in case of Extended Notification, I have scheduled report SWN_SELSEN every 5 minutes and have set the delta selection and delivery schedule every 2 minutes. This is working fine for my in Sandbox system. But is this good setting of time for production system as well, or should I just increase the time intervals. Kindly advice.
