User Exit is triggering when break-point is set in include

Hi Expert

I have a situation where the user-exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 is being triggered only when break-point is set and our respective error message is being triggered.

When the transaction is executed without break-point , the error message is not getting triggered for the same scenario. I assume that the user-exit is not being triggered. This is happening in production environment and no issues found in Dev and Test systems.

The project is active in CMOD and include in exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 is active in SMOD.

Kindly share some ideas if anyone of you worked on similar issues.
