Please replicate DNL_CUST_PROD1 with r3as again, and then check if there is any messages in trx smw01.

Meanwhile would you please check the following points:

1, all the settings in note 720819;

2, check the filters for DNL_CUST_PROD1 with trx r3ac3 to see if the filter is proper

3, table SMOFTABLES:

you should make R/3 tables T134,T134T,T179 and T179T active.
