Hello experts!
I have an odd problema and I hope you may help me.
I have a report that displays an ALV grid. Then, using the Excel button in the ALV toolbar, I open the ALV data in Excel (so far so good). But the save button in Excel does not work and I cannot save the document.
And now the odd part: some users have a menu called "File" on top of the Excel embeded window. In this menu there is the "Save as" option and it works fine. But despite using the same Office version, some other users don't have this "File" menu (thus being unable to save the document).
So, my question is: how can I make the File menu available to all the users?
