Paul, Further to what AKS AKS has specified in the form of a link.
Your order type dep parameter config has a selection id 01 by default.
What this selection id does is do a selection with priority as in below table.
Ref op set is with task list type S and you can see that not included here.
Thats the issue. Some one had done it in your test system and it is not available in your other system.
Either a new record has been added as sel.priority 7 with S or your order type dep parameter has a diff selection id NE 01 and with S included.
